Raspberry Jalapeño Cream Cheese Puffs


  • 2 sheets puff pastry (located in grocers freezer section)

  • 10 oz. of Cream cheese or Brie Cheese

  • 1 jar Lu Austin's Raspberry Jalapeño jam

  • Spray oil


Preheat oven to 375° degrees. Lightly spray a 12 cup mini muffin tin to keep muffins from sticking.

  1. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 12 squares and place inside mini muffin cups. Give each one a small stretch to ensure that you do not leave any part of the muffin tin uncovered by dough, or the cheese and Raspberry may stick to the sides.

  2. Place a 1 inch square of cheese inside each cup. Then add 1 heaping teaspoon of Raspberry Jalapeno jam on top of the cheese.

  3. Bake in a preheated 375° degree oven for 15 minutes. These will puff up while baking.

  4. Remove from oven and cool a minute or 2 before removing from tins. Do not wait too long, if the jam or cheese did touch the sides it could stick.

  5. Once removed from the pan let the mini puffs have a few minutes to set up. You don't want to serve too hot.

  6. Repeat process with the second sheet of puff pastry.
