Hi!

I purchased all of your "pepper" jams and several fruit jams.  I cannot even begin to tell you how hard it was for me not to eat the entire jar in one sitting!  I ate it with cream cheese and crackers and literally made a meal out of it.  I also use the pepper jams as a "dipping" sauce for chicken, pork,  and duck. 

They are simply scrumptious! 

I made the Chili Cheddar jalapeno beer bread last night and as a late night snack I had a slice warmed up, slathered with butter and then a bit of the cranberry habanero, etc. - Fantastic!
